The VCP 80 pumps offer versatile application as vacuum and pressure pumps and set standards for the efficient use of vacuum. They enable cost-effective generation of vacuum for applications where corrosion resistance is not a requirement. They are ideally suited for vacuum filtration of aqueous solutions or vapors, including buffers. However, their use for pumping acidic, basic, or organic vapors is not recommended. The vacuum and pressure pumps of the VWR® Collection are designed for unattended continuous operation and feature two pressure gauges with manual regulators to easily monitor the required vacuum or pressure.
