The Varian Prostar 363 Fluorescence Detector (FLD) offers the highest sensitivity by using a continuous xenon lamp, which generates a much more stable signal than flash lamps. The unique optical design of the ProStar 363 allows simultaneous measurement of emission and excitation signals, precisely correcting for lamp fluctuations.
