Chromatography System - Teledyne Isco CombiFlash Companion/TS Flash
The personal flash chromatography system CombiFlash Companion can be controlled and monitored from anywhere with any internet connection and Microsoft Windows® Explorer. It even notifies you by e-mail as soon as the separation is complete. The system's advanced automation and communication features offer you the highest level of productivity and worry-free operation. This allows you to focus on other tasks undisturbed while the purification is running. Via the touchscreen controller, you operate the system locally on a clear display. The optional solvent management module controls up to four solvents online and monitors their fill levels, so you never run out of solvent.
Companion uses precision-packed RediSep® Rf columns to recover more pure material in less time than with glass columns or other disposable columns. Columns from 4 g to 330 g can be quickly exchanged without additional hardware – for easy and fast scaling from milligrams to several tens of grams of purified sample.
CombiFlash Companion automatically detects the column size and programs itself with the optimal conditions for that column. To start the run, simply press "Play". Since the software was specifically developed for purification and not for analysis, you can change method parameters in real time. To adjust the gradient during a run, simply click on a point in the gradient profile and drag it to the desired value to immediately modify the solvent mixture.
