The Siemens 3RV2021-1AA10 (SIRIUS series) is a compact motor protection circuit breaker (also called a power circuit breaker for the motor starter) for the protection of small motors. It provides combined overload, short-circuit and phase failure protection in one device. With an adjustable thermal release range of 1.1 to 1.6 A and a magnetic instantaneous release of 21 A, it is tailored to motors in this current class. The switch is designed for DIN rail mounting and has screw terminals and snap-on mounting, making it suitable for industrial control panels and modular motor starter assemblies. It is designed for high switching capacity requirements and provides reliable protection up to 100 kA breaking capacity.
