TS 8806.500 - Modular System

The TS 8 modular system made of sheet steel offers a significant gain in space and easy interior fittings due to its symmetrical profile in width and depth. The ability to connect on all sides is also guaranteed. In addition, the integrated automatic equipotential bonding of all flat parts and the triple surface treatment ensure optimal safety.

Enclosure: symmetrical stable profile frame construction, consisting of rolled hollow profile with perforations in the DIN grid of 25 mm. All profile edges rounded. Horizontal profiles with additional groove above the seal. Vertical profiles with two mounting levels for space-saving interior fittings. Connectable on all sides. Four transport lugs, 3-piece removable and replaceable floor plate, mounted.

Door: with foamed seal, with removable square tube frame with perforations in the DIN grid of 25 mm, four-point locking bar, double-bit insert according to DIN 43668, hinges mounted on the right, interchangeable, with non-detachable hinge pins, door opening angle 130° according to VDI, can be retrofitted to 180°, floor clearance 25 mm.

Rear panel and roof sheet: with foamed seal, removable

Mounting plate: side C-shaped, depth-adjustable via integrated plastic glide pieces in a 25 mm grid.

All screwed-on cladding parts with automatic equipotential bonding and prepared for the attachment of earthing straps.
