This digital, addressable optical smoke sensor uses advanced light scattering technology to detect smoke with exceptional sensitivity, even in slow-burning fires. Its intelligent, programmable algorithms prioritise accurate detection while minimising false alarms caused by air movement, dust, insects or RF interference. Designed for reliable early fire warning, this sensor is ideal for environments such as offices, shops, corridors, factories, warehouses, computer rooms and ceiling voids. Fast addressing is enabled by the visible device number display and integrated FAST addressing. It features a compact and robust design (98.6 mm diameter × 56.5 mm height, weight 90 g without base), is loop-powered with low current consumption and complies with EN54. Suitable for operation at ambient temperatures between -10 °C and +50 °C with IP41 protection rating.
