Osai Neomark 400 Nd-YAG Laser Marking Machine
The NeoMark 400 Performance System was developed for printed circuit board marking. By completely avoiding mechanical
movements of the laser, extremely high-resolution markings are possible.
The internal conveyor belt is designed to perform the width registration for different card types up to a side length of 320 mm
can carry out.
The user interface consists of a console with a separate keyboard to control the laser source, the control systems, the
marking systems and the automation responsible for the card movement via a PC
The NeoCut management software developed on the basis of NC², the control software of the NEO family, is a simple and intuitive
interface for programming the machine and for subsequent production monitoring
The Neomark is also equipped with an extraction system that can be connected to an external extractor or a central extraction system
to capture the vapors and dusts generated during the process.
