The 7000-44571-7960600 is a high-performance, industrial-grade M12 Ethernet cable designed for reliable data transmission in harsh environments. This pre-assembled cable features M12 D-coded plugs and sockets, both with 0° straight orientation, and is designed for Cat5e Ethernet communication at speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s in full-duplex mode. Its PUR outer jacket ensures excellent resistance to abrasion, oils, chemicals, and drag chain operations, making it ideal for applications with continuous movement in factory automation, robotics, and process industries. Each end of the cable is equipped with 4-pin D-coded M12 connectors fitted with gold-plated copper alloy contacts to ensure corrosion resistance and secure electrical connections. With an IP67/IP66K/IP65 protection rating when properly installed, this cable is well suited for demanding applications exposed to dust, moisture, or vibrations. The internal structure consists of 4 twisted wires around a star-shaped core filler, shielded by an 85% tinned copper braid, along with fleece and foil layers for optimal EMI protection.
