For sale is a CNC tube bending machine / automated pipe bending system MIIC SRMIII-15R, system designation BIA45.
The system is designed as a complete automated bending cell. The workpiece transport and positioning is done via a rotatable and movable collet head. The travel distance in the X-direction is approx. 1,500 mm.
The actual pipe processing is done via a robot bending head. For the automatic feeding of small parts, the system is equipped with a vibration feeder with separation and part chute. Additionally, a belt conveyor is integrated into the system.
The entire processing area is secured by a safety fence system. Additionally, safety light curtains are present. The electrical control and power technology is housed in separate control and switch cabinets.
