The advantages of the Kortho GraphicJet 18P

The compact print head and the separate ink tank, in combination with a variable standard mounting bracket, enable operation at almost any position in the production process. Whether a carton is to be labelled from above, or a tray or paper sack from the side.

Per print head, a print image with a format of up to 18 x 500 mm can be designed completely freely. A print image may contain texts of up to eight lines, logos, time, date, barcodes, lot numbers and shift codes in various display variants. The displayable character height is 1.5 mm to 18 mm per line. Texts and graphic elements can appear both horizontally and vertically in a print image.

Automatic Numbering

Lot numbers, lot numbering, pallet numbering and further variables in various formats. Multiple number codes are possible in one print image.

Automatic Date Coding

Best-before date, production date and further variables in various formats, such as day of the year, day of the week, week of the year, in Arabic format. Multiple number codes are possible in one print image. A date can also be entered directly by the operator at the control unit. Automatic time coding

The time is taken from the clock chip of the controller. Various display formats are possible. Multiple time codes can appear in a single print image.

Automatic shift codes

Up to 25 shift codes definable over a maximum of 7 days. Multiple shift codes are possible within a single print image.

Graphic images

Logos can be imported as black-and-white bitmaps via the KIGS software. Multiple images are possible within a single print image (depending on the format size).
