The Kistler NCFH joining module has an integrated piezoelectric tension and compression force sensor as well as a displacement sensor. Due to the absolute value encoder, no further reference run is required after switching on.
The module supports, among other things, position-controlled, force-controlled and block-related pressing as well as intermediate positioning. The version can be operated together with a suitable servo amplifier and a Kistler maXYmos-NC process monitoring system.
