Item details
Press-in device for ceramic pins in rotor shafts
Functional principle:
The ceramic pins are fed to a test station via a vibrating feeder bowl and a pneumatic hose, where the position of any existing unilateral drilling is checked. This is done with an optical sensor.
Incorrectly positioned parts are transported to a collection container by a pneumatic slide.
Correctly positioned pins are fed to the separator of the press-in tool via another pneumatic hose.
The actual press-in process takes place pneumatically with a roller bearing guided plunger.
First, with a manually adjustable pressure p1, it is checked that the pin is not pressed into the shaft too easily.
With a also manually adjustable pressure p2, the pin is then pressed into the rotor shaft to the stop.
A pre-stressed disc spring pack with 5,000 N prevents excessive force from being exerted on the pin and shaft.
The rotor shaft must be manually inserted, removed and clamped into the tool by an operator. This process is secured by a light curtain.
