IFM VKV021 Vibration Monitor with Intuitive Switching Point Adjustment 18-32V DC

The VKV021 vibration monitor enables efficient, continuous monitoring of the machine condition based on the vibration velocity according to DIN ISO 10816. This compact device allows intuitive configuration via two adjustable setting rings to adjust alarm thresholds and response delay without external tools. It offers high flexibility with two outputs - a normally closed (NC) PNP switching output and a 4 to 20 mA analog output - enabling direct integration into control systems. The device was developed for robust industrial applications and features an M12 connection, an IP 67 rated housing for environmental protection, and a wide frequency range of 10 to 1,000 Hz. Its durable design ensures reliable operation under demanding conditions and helps to detect imbalance, misalignment or bearing wear at an early stage - facilitating proactive maintenance and system reliability.
