Harting 09160723001 Han 72DD SMC MI CRT Connector Insert 72-pole Crimp Contact

The HARTING Han 72DD-SMC-MI-CRT (part no. 09 16 072 3001) is a high-density crimp contact insert tailored to industrial rectangular connectors from Hans D's robust Han DD series. This module was developed for 72-pole applications (size "16 B") and is suitable for both signal and PE conductors, providing rated currents of up to 10 A per contact and maintaining a performance of up to 250 VAC (600 VAC UL/CSA). It supports conductor cross-sections from 0.14 mm² to 2.5 mm² and is thus suitable for a wide range of wiring requirements. The insert is molded from pebble gray polycarbonate RAL 7032 (UL 94 V-0) and offers thermal stability from -40 °C to +125 °C. The rated impulse voltage of 4 kV and compliance with pollution degree 3 ensure solid performance in electrically harsh industrial environments. With at least 500 mating cycles in combination with pluggable PE contacts and screw-on grounding (M4 tightening torque ~1.2 Nm), the insert retains long service life and reliable grounding.
