The automatic fire extinguishing system for kitchens developed by Sistecoin is a pre-engineered system filled with a state-of-the-art chemical extinguishing agent and pressurized with dry nitrogen at 15 bar.

The detection of the system is carried out via a pipe made of high-tech thermoplastic polymers. When the pipe is exposed to the flame, it collapses and releases the pressure. This opens the valve and the extinguishing agent is released through the diffusers. The system includes the extinguishing agent bottle, the extinguishing agent discharge system, the alarm system, and the discharge diffusers. Also, a stainless steel fire extinguisher cabinet.

Systems manufactured under the highest safety requirements

Cylinder: It is made of stainless steel and its outer coating is painted with RAL9010 polyester. Available in three different volumes: 9, 12 and 25 l.

Valve: Pilot-operated and quick-release valve, model IHP and brand Ceodeoux. Certified valve according to European Directives 97/23/EC and 99/36/EC and official VDS approval.

Fireline tubes: Made from state-of-the-art thermoplastic polymers. The permanent identification enables complete and immediate recognition of all kitchen elements. This FIRELINE detector tube can fail at different temperatures depending on the pressure in the tube. Sistecoin offers a pressure system between 15 and 20 bar, which fails at temperatures between 105 and 120 °C.
