Gardner Denver SAP 300 (13) Side Channel Compressor

The SAP 300 (often marketed under the brand Rietschle/Gardner Denver) is used for oil-free vacuum or compressed air applications.

The SAP types, which compress according to the dynamic principle, operate with a contactlessly rotating impeller. They have an integrated motor, on the shaft end of which a two-flow impeller is arranged in an "overhung" configuration.

The SAP types can be used as vacuum pumps or as compressors in an identically identical design. They are suitable for conveying air with a relative humidity of up to 90% and dry, non-aggressive gases. A gas-tight design is available as a variant, whereby the tightness depends on the shaft seal, whose service life is determined by the operating conditions.
