CVI II Controller
From simple start-up processes to complex sequence applications - with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles - for optimal speed, accuracy and operator comfort for every connection.

The control unit has various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port and 7 logic inputs as well as 8 logic outputs (24 volts).

The CVI II control can be used to control a hand-held electric tool from the ER series or a stationary mounted screw spindle from the EM series.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with a torque-controlled angle screwdriver such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which has a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" drive.

Between 2,500 and 8,500 screw results per station depending on the number of cycles and operating mode (asynchronous or synchronous).
