Collomix Rota 30 Color Mixer
The Collomix Rota 30 is a high-performance biaxial mixer, specially designed for the fast and efficient mixing of paints, lacquers and plasters in closed containers. It is characterized by a biaxial mixing process, in which the container rotates simultaneously around two axes, enabling mixing times of less than 90 seconds even for heavy materials.
Functions and Ergonomics
Automatic tensioning: The mixing container is automatically fixed and centered after insertion.
Safety equipment: Integrated safety door lock and an emergency stop button; the door only opens after the mixing unit has come to a standstill.
Handling: Equipped with retractable castors and height-adjustable machine feet for easy positioning.
Durability: An integrated "Splash Guard" mechanism protects the drive elements from contamination by spilled paints.
Areas of Application
The device is primarily used in large-scale and retail paint trade as well as in the chemical industry. It often serves as a system component in color dosing systems (tinting systems) to mix color pigments smoothly into base colors.
