Carel HeaterSteam UR020HL10S is an isothermal steam humidifier.
It produces steam by heating heating elements immersed in a water-filled steam cylinder.
This can be regular tap water or fully demineralized water.
The heat generated by the heating elements heats the water to a temperature of 100 °C.

Steam distribution

For optimal performance of the humidifier, the produced steam must be distributed homogeneously into the room
to avoid droplet formation and condensate accumulation. This can be achieved either with ventilated steam distributors or steam lances. The choice of steam distributor depends on the room into which the steam is to be introduced. For direct room humidification (in rooms,
factories, etc.), ventilated steam distributors (optional) with a motor fan should be used. If, on the other hand, the steam distribution is to take place in the duct or in air handling units, steam lances must be used, which utilize the velocity of the flowing air for humidification.
