Brother KE-430D-01 Electronic Bartacking Machine

The Brother KE-430D-01 is an electronic high-speed bartacking machine (bartacker) with direct drive, specially developed for processing normal to medium-weight materials. It belongs to the proven 430D series, known for its high productivity, energy efficiency and clean stitches.

Technical data
Max. sewing speed: Up to 3,200 stitches/min. (one of the fastest in its class).
Sewing field: Max. 40 x 30 mm (X-Y). Stitch length: 0.05 to 12.7 mm.
Preset patterns: 89 standard bartacking patterns are already stored in memory.
Drive: AC servo motor (550 W) with electronic direct drive for precise starting and stopping.
Lubrication system: Semi-dry type (minimal lubrication); oil is only supplied to the hook to avoid oil stains on the fabric.

Special features
High energy savings: Consumes approx. 35% less energy than previous models without direct drive.
Easy operation: Patterns, sewing speed and magnification/reduction ratios can be set directly via the control panel.

Versatility: Custom patterns can be created and transferred to the machine via a CompactFlash card (CF) or optional software (PS-300B).

Automation: Equipped with automatic thread trimmer, thread wiper and thread tension (Digital Tension) for consistent quality.

Applications
The -01 model is optimized for standard applications: Attaching belt loops to pants. Reinforcing shirt and ladies' garment pocket openings. General bartacking in the garment industry.
