Bosch Diffusion Welding Machine

The system described here was designed for the following use:
Diffusion welding machine for producing the connection between the anchor winding and the commutator for starter anchors by diffusion welding.

Diffusion welding machine (also known as polymer diffusion welding machine, diffusion welding, copper soft welding machine, copper tape welding machine), consisting of a main machine and control, "PLC control, touchscreen operation".

Process description

The workpiece carrier enters the station and is lifted.
The alignment gripper takes the anchor from the workpiece and aligns it to the welding position.
The loading gripper takes over the anchor and places it in the welding chuck.
The welding chuck moves with the anchor into the welding position.
Contacting and welding cylinders move together and the first welding process takes place.
This process is repeated until the anchor is fully welded.
The welding chuck moves with the anchor to the transfer position and the final unloading gripper takes the anchor and places it on the lifted workpiece.
The workpiece carrier is lowered.
Workpiece carriers with I0 anchors continue on the conveyor system, I0 anchors are transported to the removal conveyor.
