Bluhm Legi-Air 4050 RH Label Dispenser System with Zebra ZE500-4 Print Module

The Bluhm Systems RH Legi-Air 4050 is a high-performance labeling machine with an integrated thermal transfer printer, ideally suited for automatic product identification in production and logistics processes. The unit is equipped with a print module, applicator, control unit and numerous interfaces, enabling precise and reliable label application.

Motorized large roll unwinder
Label rolls with a roll diameter of up to 430 mm
and 900 running meters of label web ensure long production runs.
A tandem operation ensures continuous production.

Dispenser stamp
Quickly interchangeable dispenser stamps allow label sizes from small nameplates to DIN A5 large EAN128 shipping labels to be processed.
The Quick-Change option allows a format change in seconds.
Spring-mounted dispenser stamps compensate for unevenness on product surfaces, ensuring clean label application.
