Our pipe couplings of the type DVK-HD® High Pressure are ideally suited for safe, fast and cost-effective installation in the field of pressure conveyance and are characterized by the following properties:

• for pipe outer diameter 60.3 mm
• Metal casing made of aluminium AlMgSi 0.5 F22
• solid aluminium clamping jaws (double-locked)
• Screws M 12 with solid threaded rails

• pressure surge resistant (up to a maximum of 12 bar)
• vacuum resistant (up to max. 0.8 bar)
• circular design, therefore very easy to install
• temperature-resistant, food-safe white EPDM or nitrile seal
• optionally available with silicone seal (from – 60°C to + 200°C)

Because no welding work is required, the pipe couplings can be installed safely and without risk, and can just as easily be disassembled again.

Pipes and connectors can therefore be reused without any problems.
