This is a 3-pin, straight M12 socket (A-coded) with attached cable. The cable has an outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) and is designed for harsh industrial conditions, including movement and drag chain use. It is 5 metres long, UL/CSA certified and has a black jacket. The contacts are gold-plated for better conductivity; the contact material consists of copper alloy. The connector offers protection against the ingress of water and dust (IP65, IP66K, IP67) when properly connected and supports an operating voltage of up to 250 V (AC or DC). Each contact can handle up to 4 A.
