The Siemens 6GT26004AB00 (MDS D460) is a compact, robust 13.56 MHz memory transponder RFID tag compliant with ISO 15693 / RF200 / RF300 / MOBY D standards. Housed in a 16 mm diameter and 3 mm thick PPS package, it features 2,000 bytes of user memory implemented in FRAM, enabling a very long lifespan (≥ 10¹² read/write cycles) and long data retention. It supports read/write distances of up to ~160 mm (reader dependent), is IP67 / IPx9K rated, and can operate in harsh environments (vibration, shock, wide temperature range). It is ideal for asset tracking, automated logistics, and applications requiring durable, multi-tag tags.
