These 1.5% lanthanum (gold) tungsten electrodes are high-quality, non-radioactive TIG welding electrodes developed for outstanding arc stability, long service life and excellent ignition properties. They are suitable for both AC and DC welding and are excellent for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and non-ferrous alloys. The addition of 1.5% lanthanum oxide improves conductivity and arc focus, while reducing electrode wear and tip contamination.
