Item details
Helukabel ArtNo. 64119 Insulated Copper Cable 4mm²
These temperature-resistant single-core cables are used for internal
wiring of luminaires, heating appliances, electrical machines, switchgear
and distribution boards in apparatus, mechanical and plant engineering,
suitable for installation in conduits on, in and under plaster, in closed cable ducts, as well as for traffic systems
or in outdoor areas. These are not approved for direct installation on
cable trays, troughs or channels.
These halogen-free single-core cables are distinguished by their uniquely high
long-term temperature resistance and hold a leading position worldwide among halogen-free,
flame-retardant products.
CE = The product conforms to the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
Temperature-resistant and halogen-free
single-core cables according to UL Style 3578 CSA-Std. C22.2 No.210
Temperature range flexible -35°C to +120°C fixed installation
-55°C to +145°C UL/CSA
flexible -35°C to +105°C fixed installation -55°C to +105°C
Rated voltage 600 V
Test voltage 3000 V
Minimum bending radius flexible 12.5x conductor Ø not flexible 4x conductor Ø
Approval
Germanischer Lloyd
Properties
halogen-free
reduced flame propagation
low smoke emission
good abrasion and notch resistance
good oil and weather resistance
resistant to UV radiation and ozone
soldering temperature resistant
due to the cross-linking of these single-core cables
they are resistant to fusion,
even when in contact with a soldering iron
at 300°C to 380°C
due to the high temperature load,
the conductor cross-section can
potentially be reduced, thereby saving
space and weight
The materials used in
manufacturing are silicone- and cadmium-free
and free of substances that interfere with paint wetting
Estimated length: 305m
